Phillip Gall is the Co-Managing Principal of the Pass-throughs group for the Washington National Tax Practice of Deloitte Tax LLP.  Prior to joining Deloitte, Mr. Gall was a partner in the Tax Practice group of Cooley Godward Kronish LLP. Mr. Gall has earned industry recognition for a broad practice covering all areas of income taxation, with a particular focus on partnership and real estate tax matters and tax controversies.
